I am an independent photojournalist and documentary photographer based in India, specialising in capturing compelling narratives within the realms of Health, Politics, Economics, and Development. Additionally, I undertake commissioned documentary projects that allow me to delve deep into diverse subjects. My current affiliations include The New York Times, Getty Images, and Bloomberg, and South Asia Photo Editor consultant for AFP. My proficiency extends to a wide spectrum of assignments, encompassing news coverage, feature stories, and documentary ventures. Over time, I have collaborated extensively with prominent global organisations such as UNICEF, WHO, IPE Global, Reach to Teach, and Rotary International and BISA. These collaborations have enabled me to channel my energy into impactful projects centered around vital areas such as Health (Polio Immunizations), WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene), Child-Women Health and Education, among others.
